This is both a bug report and a disclaimer for people using this mod.

If you play with other people and everyone else doesn't use this mod, if you have a Wash Basin , those that don't have the mod may automatically be kicked out of a game and be unable to join the game while the Wash Basin exist.

delete the DrinkUp! mod then it will start normaly for the time beeing until one of this mods will fix it
