From what I'm experiencing it's either broken or missing something as a requirement since When I start a server (whether it be single, local, or online) it can't even load and come back with the message "Server is enforcing (this mod)"

Nice, I hope to see more Lore Friendly mods and what not. I'm tired of wondering why the smoker doesn't have a hospital shirt on (or Wetf its called) on.

I like this! I think it'd be neat if there was a riot shield on his arm, like it mutated with the shield still on, making the shield cracked and stuck wrapped around it.

To anyone with consistency issues, it still works in single player and local servers. Just make sure to set the sv_consistency to 0
