You say plop by hand but how do you do that? When I used find it or ploppable Rico, there's still a space between buldings? Thank you

I plop everything by hand, it's been years since I used the zoning tool. These particular buildings aren't ideal for zoning since they're only 6m wide. I upload them as growables to give players more options for their own styles/themes, but they look best when they're hand-plopped.

Hello, as much as I like your mods, these 1 cell wide buildlngs never grow in residental zones.
Not a problem of your mods, It's just that CS prioritizes at least 2 cell or wider buildings and 1 cell wide buildings won't grow unless there are 1 cell gabs in between buildings.
So for right now im placing your buildings manually but I'm looking if there's any workaround this? Thanks.
