@Founder Correct! Not only is the hitbox updated, but it's also closer to the model shape. Black Mesa's model has 1 huge hitbox for all 3 legs, while mine has individual hitboxes for all 3 legs. Hitbox image: https://i.imgur.com/ZtBnrO0.jpg

@racer_dude I've wondered why nobody else had ever done it, it seemed pretty straightforward to me - until I tried it. Turns out decompiling breaks the animations. It was an ordeal to fix them, a tutorial and hours of trial and error, but I'm pleased I was able to do it. I can understand why nobody else did.
