Test around, see if you crash after a few maps of Dark Carnival.
However, this command does not exist on Left 4 Dead 2, unfortunately.
Author, I lack experience in these things, but from my knowledge, I would strongly recommend you try reducing your texture sizes, and in your VMT's, see if you can find a way to disable blood decals from being drawn on the model. I want to say there was a way to do this in the VMT but I'm unable to find what I mentioned, and unwilling to look further at the moment.
