Unsure. I plan to release a patch for some issues in the 2.6 version but I don't know how long it will take to fix them.
What resources are you sending to Korea? They have everthing except silk and horses so you may not have anything they need.
Are you importing cotton from Korea? If not then this is why you can't build the yari building.
The Korea campaign can be accessed by starting the tutorial Chosokabe campaign.

The AI works better as I added Darth mod's AI tweaks.
While I can easily change how long it takes to build new building and research technologies giving all the units their vanilla stats will involve a lot of rebalancing (especially the projectiles). Changing all the faction colours and removing Darth Mod's economic rebalancing will also be difficult.
I recommend getting the Pack File Manager and learning how to mod the game so you can change it. Some changes will be easy but many will be very time consuming. Alternatively you play Expanded Japan which has all the regions except the Korean ones. This version is far closer to the vanilla version.
I would even offer to donate some money for the time It would take you to set up that type of version of the mod as I want all the extra regions. Just no extra changes so I can use other mod's I enjoy with this mod as I choose :)
I'm planning to add most of China in the next version.
Im sure you answered this a thousand tiems already just would like to know thanks
I don't think the online version works. I don't know why.
This mod adds Korea, more non-playable Japanese clans, and more regions.
The playable factions are the vanilla factions.
what comes with this?
Playable factions?
The Ming haven't yet been coded to appear. Though they will be playable in the custom battles.
Japan won't attack Korea while Korea is 10-40 times larger than them.
I cannot represent the power of China if China is much smaller than Japan. So the coastal cities won't be sufficient.
And it will be great if great ming dynasty appears in the campaign.
I suggest for China, it's a massive land, therefore maybe only create a few coastal cities of it, would be enough I reckon.
woo, long one but hopefully you will recieve this message
great mod
No as it's requires a lot of the Shogun 2 content.
In the next release I plan to set the mod later so that the Japanese clans will start with more regions.
I have a subforum here where you can post any comments about this mod:

That's awesome! Some friendly advice after playing though:
Korea is hard to manage in the start since it has vast territories. Perhaps too OP also, considering that Japan was divided. Perhaps set the time to be when Japan was already united? Already landed? Or cut back a few provinces?
MIng army is bad ass. But to stay historic(being a military history nerd), I do suggest some modifications to make Ming more characteristic and fun to play with. It's to long to post here so tell me if you are interested.
Overall, great mod!
I plan to add Ming in a future release.
