I don't think so, and that's also been my pain in the ass, the event is broken by the ace action, so i think the easiest way would be disabling medical modules / play without ace / ignore the bootcamp

I'm trying to understand this. Does this fix the last bootcamp mission before Drawdown 2035 where part of the mission is to bandage the wounded AAF soldier?
