If using the double-door variant:
Interact with the doors the same way as the exterior, using the "E" key.

If using the classic-door variant:
Use the button to the right of the throttle. It should be labeled something like "Door Switch".

@Pez-Dispenser Actually this is part of Big Finish's Unbound line, which tells What-If style stories. This one is meant to be "What if the Time War broke out early?", so no they are not replacing the War Doctor at all. Technically they did cast someone to play a younger version of the character with a John Hurt impression, but this character seen here is simply an alternate universe incarnation, not a full-on replacement.

The Phase Oscillator, Intertia Dampener, Vortex Drift Control, Relative Continuum Stabilizer, and Overdrive controls are merely cosmetic, and are serve as part of ghe control sequences. Otherwise, they have zero function.
