is this part of the mutation or are the conflicting mutations acctualy doing something

It just feels like the game is over when that happens.
Or maybe just tweak it so it only removes the health kits the players have? Or remove it all together? Maybe replace it with another effect?

However, I've also noticed the "stacking effect" and I've noticed it most frequently with "Oh shit Tank", "Louis has come to help", and "Speedrun means everything's really fast right?. I'll gladly document any others with more testing.
The everyone changes into another character effect doesn't wear off when switching to a new map and also breaks the HUD. Whilst it is fun having everyone be Zoey suddenly, I do wish it would change back after a map change.
I also think that the effect that removes medkits for the rest of the map is a bit too punishing for long maps, especially when combined with "Commons are now JACKED" or "Your health is temporary now"
Also, this breaks Dead Center, meaning the infinite tanks and hordes occur, but you can't escape via Jimmy Gibbs until you've filled it up.

Ammo piles begone
By the looks of it, they appear to be random effects that stack upon themselves causing the error. They don't seem consistent at all. One effect can work properly and then it's a chance for the next one to just randomly stack.
Thirsty? - Spawns a cola in your hands
Gnome Tank - Changes Tank model to gnome
Flaming Melee Weapons - When you hit common or special infected with any melee weapon, they will get set on fire
Pro-pain - Spawns a dozen of propane tanks around you
Ammo Reserve Begone - Sets the ammo reserve of your current primary weapon to 1
Jump! - Causes all players and bots to constantly jump (doesn't affect commons)
Party Time - Spawns firework particles on all survivors (it burns them)
Super Spitter - Makes it so the Spitter doesn't have a cooldown on their spit attack, meaning they can spit as much as they want in a short amount of time. Also gives them more health
Creepy Crawlers - Spawns a small horde of Mudmen around the survivors
