that way there is a penalty for stacking to much spark that FEELS impactful. i hope my comments don't sound negative or anything i just want the character to feel fun but also not be an easy button.
I feel like this character is very easy compared to most because of some of the easy to set up combos and the fact that this character has so many Seek cards, i know there are a lot of those in TCG but they make getting your combos a little TO consistent, Eevee is an absolutely BUSTED early card to start with and with more seek to help it a 0 cost seek card that gets you 2 cards of your choice is Crazy! i feel like there needs to be more of a downside to this card cause prized for 6 more damage is child's play when i can dish out 17 x 8 on the First Turn.
I would advise making a backup of your mod somewhere other than for the Steam Workshop. Nintendo has been going after several Workshop addons with nintendo Content on various workshops. The Gmod one is particularly famous but they also went after Fraymakers, some TF2 maps, and some SFM addons.
I have been working in Godot and am at the point where I am fairly comfortable with the engine, and with the announcement for STS2 being made in Godot, I do plan on making some amount of content for it, though I can't say what form it'll take.

I've been back and forth on whether or not I want to work on the mod more and I still don't know the answer.
But I do want to say happy anniversary. It has been one full year since my initial upload of the mod. This was my first attempt at a large creative endeavor, and it was so fun and fulfilling. I learned a lot in the process of working on this project, and I'm using a lot of the knowledge I gained in my current projects.
I don't know what I'd be doing right now if the mod had only gotten a few hundred subscribers and vanished, but I'm really humbled by the over 16000 people who are currently subscribed.
I'm especially grateful for my community of supporters who helped give feedback and bugfixes for all the things I missed, and especially the people who helped with development. The mod wouldn't be anything close to what it is without you all.

In this mod there are currently potions you can find that allow additional captures and a boss relic, as well as a few ways to copy cards in your deck. Maybe not as many ways as people would hope for, but the captures are very powerful and having too many would lead to very easy wins.
aside from that and the theming of a pokemon trainer there's not much overlap besides pokeballs. although that mod had them work very different in that your relic adds one to the hand every battle, it does like... 6 damage and if it kills it adds the enemy as a card. whether it's lethal or not it removes itself from the deck.
you could also get pokeballs from card rewards i think or the effect of a card or two, great and ultra balls existed and did more damage.
speaking of pokeballs if i don't enable infinite is there currently no way to get more?
this mod IS very different though, like having actual pokemon as cards and them evolving, the catch the spire mod largely had you use captured enemies and generic tcg type cards. but considering there used to be another pokemon mod i wondered if there was any connection.
I should be able to do a patch on my end to resolve this compatibility issue, but I do also believe that there would be a simple fix that you could do on your end. Would you be open to discussing this further?
You need to find and use one of the Evolution stone potions. They are linked to the expected types for the Eeveelutions. You may need to turn off other mods that add other potions to increase their likelyhood of spawning.
I can't figure out how to get eevee's special evolution.

I'm sure this isn't the best solution, but I am not sure what is...
A feature I'd loooove is if hovering over an enemy showed you what its capture was, like how The Collected from Downfall shows you the enemy's collected card. Probably not the easiest to implement, but if it happens, that'd get me to climb to a20 with the character :)
