Assuming your report is valid and others - with different mod setups, mind you - would notice a similar behaviour: I'd bet anything I own that this is the FIRST TIME that somebody has reported this. Or what do you think, bro?
And this mod's author just took it over from the original creator recently. Maybe it's also a cultural difference, I just wish people were a bit nicer sometimes, brother <3 (I just come off another mod page where a user demanded "a fix rather sooner than later", while leaving a comment that basically suggested a 100% working mod was 0% working and then disappearing forever....)

Are you using 3D portholes? I believe this is an issue present only with 3D portholes enabled. I'll look into it when I have time.
I actually have a concept for a Kislevite hero that will include certain elements from the character you've emntioned, but it will take a long-long time before I start working on them. Thank you for your comment though. Also, it was actually your undead-theme Cathayan hero, whose name I've forgotten, who gave me an idea to use well-known anime games for inspiration.
I noticed that the Ice Matriarchs are often available without traits.

Agreed re: infusions and arsenal, just unfortunate that Legacy of Signora doesn't actually effect "all" units within range (the ability says it does on the character card, though not in the skill window).
I still think that the Matriarch should have a ranged attack to match regular Ice Guards.
Ranged capabilities of Ice Guard (which are already very good imo) can be improved by the Ice-Forged Arsenal or Infusions.
Thank you for pointng out the issue with the Molten Memories, it should now be fixed.
Unfortunatelly, I was not able to replicate your issue regarding traits. I started brand new campaign, checked recruitment panel, and all generic traits are there and working https://imgur.com/a/0o5Z6b9 .
I have plans to make thematic mage heroes for Kislev, since I really don't like their restriction to only two magic schools (Patriarch's battle prayers don't really count as magic). There are also some ideas for heroes for other factions, which, like you've said, will only affect specific units, but as of irght now those are only just concepts. Being only one man, I can't really say when I'll begin working on them and what I'll end up with, but this won't be my only hero mod (at least I hope it won't).
