Had to unpack the files from GRO file, then I repacked them back into new archive

This solved my issue with it, at least

Try other replacement mods. If they're also not working either then delete the Serious Sam Revolution folder in steamapps/common/ completely and reinstall the game again.

Be sure to check your subscription files. Sometimes authors place standard models with maps, which may conflict with replacements. Check your other workshop gros and make sure none of them have a werebull model.
