Every second round of a Tournament i cant see my characktere nor my enemies... They exist (i can hit them and hear them) but they are invisible... All in all a great mod!

Having these issues: All caravan escort missions immediately end in the same town they started. Very few looters/bandits on the map to attack and hardly any missions from towns and villages are available. And there's still very little fighting between nations, so there isn't a lot to do.

Everything in-game runs smoothly but whenever I load a save it takes like 15 mins (all other loading screens are fine) is this normal?

Love the 3 minute loading screen from time to time.

Hi I found horse charge damage at very high level, like for Arabian Trotter, charge damage as 180, but when I check horses_and_others.xml it's only 18, is this normal?

Ok. The response was a bit weird. You kinda said this is a vanilla issue. When it wasn't particularly an issue in vanilla.

One thing that did work for me was becoming a vassal and just raiding a neighbour.

Also what is with the only neighbour rule?

The crusades went miles away during wars etc

I'm getting a black screen but the "The fix is to move your Bannerlord installation do another drive using the normal Steam method (go to library, properties, installed files, move install folder)." is not possible because the option is not available. I have only Harmony and E1100 installed/activated. It loads, then when I select new game, the screen goes black for 15(ish) seconds, then after character creation, the screen is black indefinitely.
What can be done? I really want to play this mod!!!

PS same for the 1700 (hopefully its the same fix)

Nations start at war and then make peace, but do not start any further wars. going on 1.5 with Georgians no war.... can this be fixed??

Well made mod. Unfortunately there are very very few wars. Everyone is in perpetual peace. Joined Sicily and they had one little war with Romans really early now have not done anything for a year

found a bug, the byzantine empire's clans are all tier 1 except for the leader clan which is tier 5

Any1 knows how to make this mode to have more wars? In the past u needed to mess with Diplomacy mode to make it stop to go from war to war but now wars are super rare, in my case Poland has support to go to war vs couple of other factions but nobody declares it or suggest it, any other way to make it happen other than take full control by Diplomacy mode?

I didnt have any problems with this before the update. Now the shit is crashing very often. And the loading time takes forever too. Burning Empires mod never crashes..

I was playing this year or so ago, Im not quite sure about other mode that was changing the map - lemmy europe. Is it now fully standalone mode(this one) and lemmy is no longer required(even forbidden, crashes on new game launch)?

It crashes in the year 1147 in the area near Nicea. It worked perfectly until now. Crashed before around Tripoli just once but never had any other issue in between.

Unfortunately does not work for me. A few seconds into the loading screen from the launcher, the screen turns black with the small spinning loading icon for a moment before crashing.

Hi - this mod looks incredible, can't believe I've only just found it! I am however, getting an issue with many missing card icons/art. i.e. the cards/buttons for Encyclopedia entries (Kingdoms, Troops etc. ) are all blank, as are may clans and heroes. Any idea what causes this?

@JKH there does seem to be an issue with Rome if there are multiple parties involved. I will need to fix for the next version

I've come across an issue that seems to only have one place that does this (that I know of) It wont let me invade Roma. I am playing as the Romans (byzantines) and have conquered lands from The east, to africa to the bulkans and Im in italy now. I can siege all these places but when I go to the city of Roma I crash
