i think there was another mod causing an issue, but i fixed it now :) thanks for the help tho.
the flash isaac sounds wasnt what was causing issues.

I don't see why it wouldn't work since it's playing a custom sound along with the normal item get sound. I'd recommend trying to see if it is still broken with that mod disabled

this mod doesnt work for me, does it conflict with something like flash isaac sound effects since that changes the item pick up sound?
