I have kinda forgotten, but i remember exporting my avatar from roblox studio and then attaching the bones to the different parts.. You can decompile this model with Crowbar and follow those steps with blender (using blender source tools) and kinda get it.. though i suggest you understand the basics of source models first!

if you can't figure that out i'll have to update the mod to enable it from the playermodel selector menu :)
