The way how you take it out is by destroying the turrets. so if you can lock onto these turrets, then you very much so can take them out from far.
Some chance of launch a mod for destructible ships for republic ships?

Neither do I think that by giving a negative rating or review, you are able to go in and decide for others whether they should use or not use mods or compositions.
Ultimately, even if 999 out of 1000 people do not like my work but 1 does, I will continue to do this stuff for that 1 person. Even when that 1 turns into a 0, I am not going to stop. Since in the end, someone will find a use for the stuff I make in what ever shape or form since you have the freedom to change this stuff.
I've been a lucky one for a while where I have taken so many things for granted when other people gave it their all, burning them out in the process. I myself having been there multiple times too. and plenty of others elsewhere too. By releasing this stuff, I get to give back to the community. And enjoy seeing others have fun with what I produce.
I also have seen what capital ships can do in arma 3. When BiT first released his work for the 74th Legion, those ships were something else. Now this isn't that but it comes close to it and now everyone gets to enjoy them.
and best of all, you don't need a whole aux mod from the 101st dba for example just for some capital ships.
The only missing feature, is for them to move. For them to move around like actual ships and for the zeus to give them commands to move. But that's where I run out of knowledge.
