Make a folder in your garrysmod/addons folder (you can name it whatever you want). Inside that new folder, just create folders until you get the path (your addon name)/sound/lambdaplayers/musicbox and add audio files in there.
You can also extract this addon with a tool like gmpublisher or gmad to see how it's made.
