City is growing
Goegeous map, and it encourages a more realistic city development as opposed to slapping grids down. If I dont get bored I will make a ginormous region out of it (playing with 81 tiles mod), inclusing settling the islands and further inland
1. That's the point of this map, as mentioned in the description.
2. Why would you ever need a 4 lane highway?
1. Center has barely space to build upon (particularly when wanting to build one big main city) - there are just too many "mountains"
2. Some of the highways are too close together to be able to upgrade them to 4 lane ones.
@aleppio22 as you can see in the screenshots, there obviously are trees. It's your mods causing that.
