does it add more positions on the council once you unlock the original extra civic tech? I tried it out with an older civic points mod but i didnt get far enough to see if it would add more beyond 3

@xXUnsactionedXx I would assume it does but I haven't tested it, it was just a quick mod I made in 5 or so minutes, but I would assume it does since as far as I know, the AI makes empires when you start a game instead of using premade ones, but I'd have to check.

@Lordlony I copied over the files from a mod that gives 4 civic slots and just changed some of the values since it was faster, forgot to change the thumbnail before uploading
