The Hemogen Extractor fork does not appear to have been updated to include this functionality yet, and it seems like the author hasn't touched it for a couple of months. Given that, any chance of a 1.5 update?

@Mlie Thank you, nice to hear. Good to know its no longer needed for Bioreactor.

@RojoMuerte I talked with with the devloper of the 1.5 Fork for Hemogen Extractor. They want to include this in to their mod. So with Mlie including it into Bioreactor there is no longer any need for this mod in 1.5.

@Algebraist Hi, sorry for the very late response. I was away from Rimworld and Modding for a while. I might look into it but it would probably require to look into the source code of Hemogen Extractor which isnt public. I will see what i can do but no promises.

Hey is there any chance you could integrate the Hemogen Extractor with VRE - Sanguaphages?

They have a whole hemogen pipe network including hemogen vats and what not, but it doesn't connect up.

Currently they've got a drain casket that does a very similar thing and does connect to the paste network. But personally I kinda like the aesthetics of the extractor more.

No worries if its a pain in the ass to do though. Thanks for the patch as is!

Perfect this will be perfect for the 19th! I shall obtain the dlc and with must have of a mod I will make all my Vampire's needs automatically done without their input aside from what they or some livestock slaves normally do! this and some movement speed pumps and my Vamps will be the ultimate! now I just need a JoJo mod that adds a ruby stone mask so they can be immune to thee sun anyone know if that exists?

New update. Renamed the mod, added support for Hemogen Extractor and changed the fuel consumption to make more resaonable.

Yes i noticed that too. Originally i used a similar fuelling logic like with the growth vats. But the Bioreactors count number of items as fuel and not nutrition.
So even if you fuel it with a meal of any kind it, the fuel counter increases by one.
Im probably gonna convert the nutrient meal into a what i think is a fitting number of fuel units.
Most likely the mentioned 6.

@Twilight A fix for that could be to set each nutrient paste meal to a different amount instead of just 1. For example, if it's really 6 times more efficient to just load raw food then set nutrient paste meals in vats to something more to compensate since it makes zero sense that you need 50 meals for just 6 days of runtime for obvious reasons. Kind of defeats the purpose of this mod in the first place too

Bummer, mod works as described but the base Bio Reactor behavior 1 paste meal is only 1 unit of fuel for the bioreactor so it'll consume 50 meals for 6 days of runtime. So its 6x more efficient just to load raw food into the reactor.

Though if you find the base behavior too OP this does help balance it out I guess.

@ionizedJackal, @hghfghgh.lgkhgh You need to fuel the bioreactors with food. This is a patch to connect them to the network from Vanilla Nutrient Paste Expanded so they dont have to be refueled by hand similiar to growth vats.
