I love this mod, it says it is compatible but I cannot get it to work with "MARCSUMM DEI Realistic Roman Legions "Formerly Noniac" - DEI 1.3.4 Updated". Any suggestions?

And now some units dont have faces and shields anymore... boooy oh boy I give up man I dont want to play this game without your mod

nvm, this mod is NOT compatible with no agents DEI submod. I dont get why but this took me hours of my limited free time before I was able to finally start playing

I get a CTD when booting up a campaign, I have only enabled this mod and DEI 1,2,3 in that order. :(
PS: When update? I need those legions from description

Same opinion about the cloaks. Not a fan of it on the non auxilliary troops. I can understand the romans using cloaks for marching but on the battelfield I feel like catching a cold would be the least of their worries. But then I don't know if there is historical evidence pointing towards a common use of cloaks when fighting.

your units are some of the best looking but i really like looking from behind at the armors and all i see is capes lol is there a version less historical as far as capes or a way to not have them?

say i wanted to change imp_i_ita.variantmeshdefinition i would change it in that? cause i noticed in all the imperial or marian definitions under armor it either leads to xz_marian_troops and xz_imperial_troops and then those lead to 00_veteran_legionaries and 00_legionary. so i'm a bit confused on those. cause in the regular legion definitions they have helmets and other stuff but in 00_veteran_legionaries and 00_legionary that's where i see the actual armor definitions? and a few other definitions? from what iv'e tried to gather from youtube and reddit, if you wanna change units all you have to do is make the changes from the variantmeshdefinitions? plz correct me if i'm wrong lol i would welcome any advice your willing to give. p.s apologies for the long comment.

Hey Bananaborn so i'm using this mod with Marcsumm Legions, i actually like your officers combined with that mod and the officer shields match nicely, i also like your edits made. however iv'e been playing around with pfm to try new variations and personal edits to have some fresh new gameplay, and instead of bothering mod authors asking for this edit or that edit i like learning so i can do it myself lol well my question is if i want to edit marcsumm legions do i follow into xz_marian_troops and xz_imperial_troops and from there i make the edits inside 00_veteran_legionaries and 00_legionary that's inside _variantmodels? or should i make the edits say to the individual definitions?

And this one of the mods im using "DEI slower battles" idk if it alters unit stats but does it?

Hey Banaborn hope all is well, do you know when you'll be back to finish up the rest of marian legion shields for the Marcsum legions mod?

I think it's the pretorian general units but I will check it later, also funny thing I have no idea how is it possible but ur alexander dei reskin gives me +10 fps I run this bad boi at around 80 - 60 fps depending on the battle size, also in rise of the republic some rorarii units have grey untextured helmets.

@Ligma Bababooey its fine on mine and haven't had anyone else report this before. What are the units you are having issues with

my pc can run game on max with zero problems, and I have zero fps drop with mods like legendary empires rome HD, exept this one, some units are fine but some can bring game to a crawl

@Ligma Bababooey the LOD issue I known for a while haven't gotten to fixing it for auxiliary. As for fps this is a very high detail mod with models that are made for first person type games and a lot of 2k textures, but I get 70fps on max graphics. Mod isn't for PC that can't run the game on max setting

some units cause insane fps drop and some auxiliary units are kinda like half invisible from the far

i used the marcusumn legions mod and i also used this mod with it and it doesnt work, i dont know why.

When you have the chance, would you be able to put some lorica segmentata onto some of the legionaries in the Imperial legions from the MARCSUMM DEI Realistic Roman Legions mod? I think only Legio XXX Ulpia Victrix currently still has lorica segmentata. Also, would you be able to bring back the feathers in the helmets of Legio II Parthica and Legio XV Primigena? Ardiaei are missing parts of their shoulders. Only happens on specific units, ones that have a darkened shoulder area. This bug only happens with this mod installed, I disabled it and the bug stopped.
