@grngaming115 Firstly, please check if there is other addon that replaces Nick, unsubscribe or turn it off in the addons menu in game;
Secondly, some servers may have mods disabled, it can be another reason why the model doesn’t appear for you;
Thirdly, if this issue still persists, you can install it manually by downloading this mod and placing it in addons folder within the game directory. Open browser and place this in the search bar - steamworkshopdownloader.io then copy this link and place it in search bar of workshop downloader site - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561199063424752
Download it, then place it in addons folder, it’s located in Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons
It should work this way, it happen to me before with other mod and it helped me, so it can be an optimal solution for you.
Lastly, I’ll check if there are other issues. It’s probably could be qc or vmt files causing it too.
