I know this is strong request, but would you consider creating a modified version for field hockey (sur gazon)?
There's nothing on the workshop although the pitch is fairly similar to football:
- turf with different markings
- shape of goals
- 3rd bench for suspended players between players' benches
- high fence behind the goals to protect the fans
I've tried to modify with asset editor (no release w/o your permission oc) but failed due to lack of skills concerning sub meshes and models. Any assistance required is offered anyways.

Me and probably many fans of this great (even olympic) sports would be so grateful,
maybe even the players of Girondins de Bordeaux...

Unfortunately, Match Day mechanics cannot be implemented for assets, otherwise it would have been an obvious choice.
