Playing this makes the game unbalanced. Any AI that doesn't take voidborne falls behind massively. I feel forced to use voidborne or Ill be completely behind the ones who do. My games end up just fighting the other guy that chose voidborne too and is keeping up with fleet, tech and economy with me.

can you add desc for void origin/ap that they remove the limit? and also desc for habitat tech(one per system).

As I know, empire after Great Khan, (Khanate Successor origin or great khan's legacy civic or diadochus civic, as far as I know) also have habitat preference. Can you also add them as exception like void dweller?

does this run into any issues with overcrowding in ai empires at some point? I'm finally sick enough of the habispam to mod it out, but now I'm worried that the ai pops are gonna have a terrible quality of life all squeezed in like that
