I don't know if the mod creators are aware, but it appears there are some changes that need to be made to the Research Station changes done by this mod, as it currently makes it incompatible with other mods that change what can be used at a research station

as of 2025 this mod does not work. it fails to load if you load it into the correct load order even if you do it one by one. and if you dont follow the load order it either crashes the server completely or turns any robots into humans. Sad never got to experience the robomen at full capacity

I noticed that AI don't like going outside of the sub, because they don't consider exo-frames as diving suits when they are robots.

Possible to get a patch for S.A.F.S?
My engineer keeps giving himself internal damage when trying to use the nanochip abilities while operating the S.A.F.S.
The S.A.F.S also don't provide protection against water damage.

Hank, i dont see a reason why it wont be added, you can address the issue to the SPW page and find the answer. im willing to help with problems with this mod as well as adding more affliction immunities.
for now, creating a patch is more work that i dont want

can compatibility for soundproof walls be added? as of right now, if a robotic player is underwater, their speech becomes garbled, which doesn’t make much sense.

its just very unlikely that this mod is the only reason crashing your game because of one affliction override
im thinking as if you are sure this is the only mod that does it, because i dont know what list of mods your game is using

so i might check crash logs and see what it says on there if i were playing either a fresh campaign or ongoing,
i would load previous saves of campaign too and see if it doesnt crash anymore

This seems to break the afflictions on the immolator & arc frames.
Immolator doesn't receive the Burnout affliction (immolatorbuff) upon activating the exhaust
Arc frame's overcharged affliction(robotfast) doesn't go above 0, making it purely cosmetic

your fix is how its properly needed to be enabled
this was a misunderstanding with the load order that happened long before this

the only thing this mod does, is changing one affliction in the RoboTrauma mod

so far an issue was, enabling this patch first before RT
you can try the solution in my previous comment,
if that doesnt help i suggest creating a discussion that demonstrates your issue and the red error text in F3 console view as well

whenever i use this it tries loading into the game and then sends me back to the main menu, is there any way to fix it?

yes, a solution is disabling this patch, then enable robotrauma, then enable patch.
this will fix the duplicate affliction error.
this happened because of how mod updates are managed by the game.

returned acid burns, a burn damage from acid

Robots were given acid burn immunity? If it was because of the descriptions for Acid burn not mixing well with robots, I have posted a modified version of Robo-Trauma Medical Conversion that can convert the damage into one that is robot friendly + requires mechanical repairs with descriptions to match.

Why don’t talent buffs work on robots can you change that or make a different version with it enabled because I find that very annoying

тут вроде не надо патчить сами скафандры, а лишь убрать скрипт по дамагу от воды (отдельный патч). Намного ведь легче чем патчить каждый скафандр модов. Или есть проблемы которые не исправятся таким образом и потребуют патчи? Если так то F и хорошего дня.
Ну а extended не обновляется особо и не думаю что будет иметь потенциал баланса под EK.

пусть кто то другой будет делать патч на скафандры. здесь только иммунитеты к человеческим болезням и медицине
в плане слабости и бесполезности роботов поставь Robo-Trauma extended, он добавляет улучшения-модули и спец медицину и оружие для роботов

сможешь ли пропатчить отдельное где выключается дамаг от воды когда одеваешь костюмы подводные ? Роботы очень слабые и бесполезные когда у тебя в паке модов есть что-то по типу рободрамы или maddened black sea armory. Очень хотелось бы играть за робота и одновременно иметь возможность одевать костюмы других модов.

Это значит, что данный мод совместим с патчем NEEDS или патчем Neurotrauma, но не оба вместе

Другие патчи к примеру Robo-Trauma + NEEDS создаёт новый Humans.xml, перезаписывающий ванильный компонент, ну а после него уже игнорируются остальные Humans.xml, что бы он работал. Как то так
