Bykerof's not the 'true' 1 HP mod and neither is this mod, different rulesets, even though this one is the originator and all Bykerof did was change the settings and keep it the same mod, which screws it up because they both use the same settings file so installing one will make both use the same settings and function the same if people don't know what they're doing.
I'm not glad that people call this one bad and hail the Bykerof version, just sucks all potential motivation to update this mod out and leaving it like this if people flock to the other anyways.

Thanks, I admit I didn't playtest this with more than 1 human player but I'm glad it offers something new to the table.

Honestly my favorite must have script for all playthroughs. The fact that it affects all gamemodes is actually a bonus. Other realistic health mods usually only affect campaign.

Works perfectly in single player, survival, mutations and local server multiplayer with a friend. Easy to edit and understand configs of your mods also always very appreciated.

Its actually crazy how well this fits the vanilla game balancing wise. Hordes and Events induce panic, using environemntal strategic points to your advantage and being vigilant feels natural to survive, specials and hordes die quick but can also instawipe the team in a seconds...

There are entire gigantic mutations trying to make this game harder and immersive, but this one does it in a very simple way.

It would be cool to have this 1HP script but only for the player, everything else stay normal, that would make a cool challenge mod

it was local but I figured out how to fix, though after a quick reinstall it was working again, the game for some reason was not taking this mod kindly or some files were corrupted uppon installing l4d2 in the past without me knowing that SOMEHOW didn't let this mod and a few others work, but that's just a theory

Dedicated Servers do not work.

tried to play this mod with a friend and I couldn't get it to work so idk if a update broke it or something but I just cannot get it to work, I tried configs, sv_cheats 1 everything I might need help on how I can fix this.

Oh I had prepared to upload a mod to lock this script into mutations beforehand after I realized people wouldn't choose to toggle the mod on or off, I just need to test it. I don't like the idea of maintaining two separate mods' scripts which are identical.
