you cant input any extreme values below 0 or above 1, so if there are changes, its too subtle and its impossible to make them any more noticeable because of arbitrary limits.
as far as I'm aware, some stuff like joint flexibility, and limb constraints would have to be changed by decompiling the mdl and editing it directly.
and now hes added more sliders with zero information anywhere.
I'm just gonna assume this is placebo.
I have killed tons of combine to compare, but i dont see any difference (I used "realistic settings")
It's not just buoyancy. None of the settings for this addon actually work for me, either. Apparently the game doesn't recognize the commands that apply these settings. If you mess with the sliders for these settings and open up the console, this is what appears (for example):
