Rule of thumb, copy your workshop folder to another part of your computer and rename it as a back up, you can always copy addons back that were removed by authors

A lot of modders have been deleting everything or making them private and then making tracks. Sadly, I wasn't aware of this before booting the game, so some of the ones I had are now lost as well, including mixamo kick animations.
