In my opinion, you really managed to get that spirit/idea about what Brotherhood in original Fallout Universe is. Masterfully done, sir !
P.S.
Especially liked the attitude towards the Montana Chapter)
Kudos to you for your great work !
Glad you liked it :)
*That said* as I was nearing the end of the run, I noticed something regarding the "Remember the Isotope Chapter" focus. Something about a "Silver Road" submod? Is that something that you also are working on, or a separate project from another creator?
Also, since I haven't gotten far enough into the submod yet, I don't exactly which focus unlocks the ability to become Absolute High Elder, as well as if Shi gets claims all of the states similar to Lost Hills. But I'm sure it will pop up later on.
Also, there had better be a "That's what Shi said" joke in this mod of there will be hell to pay.
Also your mod is not compatible with the For the little guys (which changes generic focus tree) bc both your mod and the base game shi retain parts of it (generic focus tree) and bc of using both mods together you don't get the extra added focuses (tbh at first I thought your mod is still at version 1.0 and only adds the 75% bos support and removes other factions so I didn't even noticed the new focuses are missing and just went for normal brutal crackdown part of for the little guys tree).
How come you forgot immortal has war goals on mireluks and apostoles?
Why bother conquering them when immortal needs them more.
Roger Maxon's original plan was to safeguard knowledge, then share the safe stuff with people once it was possible to do so. I assumed that in the older version of OWB that's what Lost Hills had been doing in their territory between FO2 and the NCR-Brotherhood War. So divide up the Brahmin Baron's territory amongst small land holders and give them farming equipment and agronomy. Destroy raiders and repair old world infrastructure. Bring the Washington Chapter and the Dakota Chapter to heel and avenge fallen chapters.
for reforms theres a response down below
For example, did you notice that the Lost Hills tree doesn't say why the NCR-Brotherhood War started? It's the whole focus of their story and yet it isn't explained at all.
You might want to consider Francis or one of the other characters having been there when it started so that you can cover it instead.
Also, Lord Hills REALLY isn't in any position to send reinforcements, even if they could get it to you, which they can't because they're surrounded by the NCR and have no ports.
1. Can import the special nation of emperor nortons empires focuses for constitutionalism or absolutism if francis becomes emperor.
2. Can choose to either appoint the "chancellor" thus becoming semi-con. or allowing for elections to decide a ruler chan.(aaron kimball?), intellectual chan.(Grant c. hayes), Elites chan.(the shi's elite leader will do), or people chan.(can be either allgood murphy or a custom one u make).
3. if francis goes absolutist, he can choose either to stick strictly to the codex or "the way of the shi".
5. if he chooses constitutionalist, he can choose to adopt ncrs policies and become nearly exactly like them( corrupt senate, barons, nothing changes) or can proclaim his own way, which can either be the codex adopted in a constitution/conservative( but still hateful to ghouls and mutants somewhat) or progressive(accepts ghouls/mutants, becomes more enlightened, gains claims on all of the wasteland.
Zoat, let me think on it. The AI will likely not be conquering anything, and you want them to have commanders when fighting breaks out. The AI builds about 50 divisions if they don't win in Navarro, and maybe 70 if they do, so I think I need more BOS generals anyway, or I remove the BOS trait.
A medium sized nation like the Shi need... What, one Field Marshal and four Generals for most of the game? More than that don't make the nation stronger as you don't have a use for them.
