I did a fresh install of both this add-on and Its requirements and everything seems to be working fine, try uninstalling it and resubscribing and make sure you have the required items installed as well

(A little Bonus Context as to why I reuploaded this. It was used on a private Gmod sever I ran for my friends, after they got taken down new friends joining could only see error's, so I reuploaded them privately so friends could get the contents, I went public with these after considering maybe their are others looking for them, and also to figure out if I can find the person who originally uploaded them.)
