I think there still remains a Start option that is for the lizardmen. When attempting to load it, it loads a human and says "no valid races". So that start should also be removed as part of this patch?

thanks for this, i have no problem with reptiles in kenshi but i prefer the geckos mod so this mod helps it not be redundant

No problem bro. That's kind of how I felt originally, they're a decent idea and make sense from a design point of view (lizards in the swamps), but I like the original intent of Kenshi's races and lore.

I've updated the town of Squatter's Rites to increase the "no foliage" zone to make sure random rocks / trees don't block the doorways to the town lol :cactusrum:

Sorry for the delay, I spent around a week building this mod from scratch. It currently has around ~500 dialogue lines (more in future updates)... It elaborates on the themes presented in this mod. Let me know what you think, and thank you for the advice on creating a new NPC!

Quest should be out hopefully today or tomorrow, I'm still testing it. It evolved into a bigger questline, currently written around ~600-700 lines of dialogue with different "skill checks" that can affect the ending of the questline.

Changed the name of the abandoned city to "Squatter's Rites", this should imply it's use lol... A future quest mod by me will probably elaborate on this area.

Will require an " Import Game ", or new game, to see changes.

Aaand now I'll be checking the workshop everytime I get on until this npc is released lol. It would be amazing if the npc is a skeleton, we don't get enough of those guys. Especially with unique dialogue

An NPC sounds like it has a lot of potentail for adding more interesting dialogue, but I agree that it's also more complicated. A map would definitely be helpful

Next update, I plan on potentially adding an NPC (or a map, at the very least) to help guide you in the right direction to Raft .

Which would you prefer? An NPC might be a little bit more complicated to implement (I haven't messed around with building whole new dialogues, so it'll be a lot of trial and error lol) compared to a simple map. Let me know what you guys think!

Please check out the Load Order for that collection, you'll need to change your mods.cfg (instructions in that link) in order to fix this.

If the issue still appears, you'll need to probably redownload UWE specifically. If you have any subscribed mods already, you might also need to check those in particular.

The Roleplaying List as it currently is should be about 99% stable and working correctly, I'm trying to patch out any remaining weird errors to make it closer to 100%. If you have any issues after subscribing, let me know on that workshop list to help organize bugs and such.

Thank you for this! I'm going to enjoy the game much better without seeing the residents of blash marsh in my swamp. I have a question for you though. I hit the subscribe all button for the modlist that you're curating and all the races aside from the 2 human ones showed up as invisible and gave an error message. This mod appears to not fix that or be related. My question is would it possible or would you consider sharing your more streamlined uwe modlist? I'm guessing there are some incompatiblities in the main collection you're curating like the bounties mod for example, but I'm still very much figuring out what's compatible with what
