I could choose the mod effects in the mods section(and turned it on, of course) and also cound spawn with it In traits section. (with burglar, police etc) But I could not choose key bindings in the start menu and in game, nor using it in game. (I was able to use her clothes)

I feel like their could be a remodel for Uta's dress/vest. It appears to clip through her jacket.

Updated the mod: reworked everything posters related. Previous posters will be unusable, you need to find new posters and curtains. Fixed rotation and placement issue with curtains. Fixed previous curtains overwriting vanilla curtains. Chuck improved the quality of poster images.I can not stress how bad glytch3r commission work was, everything needed to be redone.
