The front bumper doesnt work, the actuators are there but other bricks prevent it from moving

Hello, sorry if this is an odd thing to ask but is there any tutorials how to make high quality cars with scale able bricks like this one? I have made some cars that I genuinely am proud of but nothing comes close to this and I want to learn
