the !ballot command doesnt work

I added the !ballot chat command and a text reminder when the ballot window is closed.
Unfortunately it ships with a new map icon feature which I'm still working on to make configurable but I needed ready for a playtest. Hopefully this isn't an issue in the short term.
There isn't one at present but I'll try to add one before I ship another update.
I pushed an update for this which should prevent that specific error from happening, is this on a dedicated server? peer to peer? listen?
I can see why it had this problem, but I don't know how it wasn't a problem for me testing locally or with a dedicated setup. Let me know how that goes.

Updated the latest version to have a blacklist / whitelist feature as well, although since map names can be lengthy, it might butt up against cvar string limits. Let me know if you run into this.
If you use the "prefixes" bar and only type in exact map names (provided none of them are subsets of others) then it will function as a whitelist.
Otherwise I can look into adding an exact match functionality.
