Will the planets only show up in SHIFT F10 for spawning if its a empty world or can i add them to a world with planets already

I am not sure! I haven't played since the update. However, unless the update changed how planets work, it should be okay.

The size recommendation is just for people who want to use the planet the way I intended. It should be fine at any size! The seams are even better than the vanilla planets', so I think it will handle larger sizes better than, say, Earthlike.

while the recommended size does say 60+, would that mean that the planet be able to still be find after being put to lets say 150? im putting Typhoon next to this along with a regular 120km planet and was hoping this still does fine at the 'in between' area

Do you think it would be possible for an Industrial Overhaul ore-map version of the planet at all?
I really love the planet and how it feels with rovers but I just can't play using the planet with Industrial Overhaul active as well.

A different one than the default one? I don't know off the top of my head, but if you check out respawn pod mods, studying them should provide the answers.

by "the two planets play well with each other." do you mean as like a planet and moon? or just fellow planets in a system.

Very cool! An idea for a biome aspect : rocky columns/towers/spires. But that could always be done as an addon (spawned asteroid into the terrain). Somehow the deserts are better than the forests in this game. Likely due to the surface terrain types (more flat with some canyons and mesas).

Patrick: 2k is "normal". The previous Saprimentas used a 1k height map, which improved performance a little bit, but it made the terrain look odd in places.

ArSole: Makeshift? I have plans to one day package them into a system, yes... These planets, and one more, I think. ;)

How does the 2k height map affect performance compared to whatever is "normal?" (What is normal, by the way?)

You can imagine the heat waves as being, "Cloud cover is less than usual right now," or "This planet orbits a sun that varies in intensity," or similar reasons. Additionally, while the wind turbines don't stop completely, their speed during heat waves is very slow.

Really cool landscaping work, one of the best I've seen here
Only thing i don't like is that heat wave increases solar output. I know this is balance measure, but it just feels silly + IMO, it'd feel all greate and survivy if during heat wave wind turbins'd just stop, air temperature rise and it'd be like "ok, do whatever u want about it, engineer"
