Thank you IDon'tSpeakRussian! for the info, made a combo patch for all 3 landmarks mods from Elchardus
For anyone that wants to cook patch to fix it, or for author here's what needs to be done:
db/cdir_military_generator_unit_qualities_tables
> All tables need update to v2
> You'll need to change 3rd column for quality to following
dd_dwf_inf_thunderers_0 to tier_2_step_3_units
mi_ogr_inf_maneaters_0 to tier_3_step_3_units
vem_lzd_mon_salamander_pack_0 to tier_2_step_4_units
This will resolve the crash on startup, cheers :)

Fixed building upgrade issue for Central Ind Company building chain.
I would open Dawi District to Cathay since they also use firearms.
Central Ind Company (Governor's Palace) and Fortaleza Myrmidia would stay exclusive for EMP/TEB.
Vrindavanis' Animal Market & Mishra's Inn would be available to all order factions (not Wood Elves though)
excellent mod. would love it even more if you opened the landmarks to other Order factions, or made more for the other IE:Ex locations
Automatic trade agreements with some Cathay factions could be a thing though, I'll check it out once I have plenty of time :)
Just 1 or 2 more would be fine

My recommendation is
6 New Landmarks for The Empire (for Immortal Empire Expanded)
You have to give us some more notes
CiC: Remove the upkeep bonus and income from all buildings bonus.
Add income from tarrifs +5% and trade agreement with Tilea.
CiCGP: Remove upkeep bonus and recruit rank bonus.
Add income from all buildings %5 and trade agreement with Eastern Colonies.
If adding trade agreements isn't too much trouble, maybe trade relationships with House Van Den Euwe, Tilea, Eastern Colonies, maybe Burning Wind Nomads? Those would make sense to me as regional/thematic trade partners
