I cannot imagine this will cause much lag. As lightweight as these are for your GPU, the most lag you might encounter is during icon generation.

These all have unique model names under the models/players directory. This shouldn't touch anything from Resurgence.

It's just that when I downloaded this content from the Internet, and when I installed it, the same NPCs from the Half-Life Resurgence addon, which works on the VJ base, simply didn't work.

There's no way this will conflict unless someone intentionally made an addon that would.
Almost no materials are included. It pulls whatever it needs from mounted half life source assets.

Well, idk if you are into hlvrai in general but Wayne is goin to make HLVRAI2 in this year or 2025 I think, in the trailer Coomer is still on his Half life original style so maybe he could use one of this to a gag or something like that, I hope so cuz that would be pretty funny
