iGPUs, handhelds, mini-PCs..? Anyway, that's hardly the point. You see, it All goes to hell if you go in the opposite direction and actually Increase your resolution, but the UI now becomes smaller and smaller (just as GMod's default ugly menu and VGUI scaling), and that's something that people with UHD displays have been complaining about for years now. Here are examples of Draconic Base's UI at different resolutions to sway you in the right state of mind: 854x480 [ibb.co], 1280x720 [ibb.co], 1920x1080 [ibb.co], 3840x2160 [ibb.co]
If you don't care about fixing it for low res, then you should probably care about high DPI display users at least. And here's something great about it - if you fix the latter, the former is automatically fixed as well (unless it's something like: if 4K then UI Scale = big lol)

how the actual hell are you playing on a monitor below 1280x720 in 2024

1. UI's so huge that I wasn't even able to See that button, it's just ridiculously oversized on any 16:9 lower than 720p
2. Dumb question on my part, the bloody thing (wiki) wasn't up for me last time I checked and so I completely forgot it exists

Please be more specific about UI scaling. I don't know what you're asking for. There's a giant "apply changes" button. There is a wiki for Draconic for a reason.

2. Is there a template that utilizes or at least references ALL of the possible sounds that can play in a DRC footsteps set?
3. Any way to change footsteps type Without respawning?
4. Is there a cvar to change footsteps type? (if not, then at least how and what function I can utilize for that)

@Hector -- Other scripted footstep systems are likely to not be compatible as they are generally not coded in a way to be able to be disabled from within the game, and are always running.

Partially, Any packs that are supposed to disable the default HL2 footsteps (Like the zombie's), will not prevent Dsteps from playing. Dsteps play with everything regardless.

No, as this requires you to enable it through an ingame menu. You can turn it off/deselect any sets if you need compatibility with another addon.
