@Brogainz, yep this moves AI Ostankya. I'll make a change when I have time next week to rework the dual start dilemma, but otherwise this mod should still work perfectly fine.

Still works fine, even if you use it to move the ai, she seems to hold up the northern chaos factions for around 40+ turns which is great:D

IMO based on their lore it makes sense for Arbaal and Ostankya to be early game enemies. I'll change Malakai's starting enemy to be towards the south rather than towards the north.

If you guys disagree please let me know and I can scoot Arbaal to a neighboring region, but I prefer to avoid doing that since it can cause compatibility problems

Hey there, thx for the great mod! I just crosschecked, and yes - when I have "The Motherland" mod enabled, the hag hero remains in Nagaroth... Sorry if you've already answered this - but would you introduce any kind of solution to this..? Not a big deal for me personally, I know how to use the console mod to port characters around the map, but just wondering if any fix was on the way...

I think one of the Lost and Found mods (probably the hag witches lord one) makes your first hag hero a special one with a mix of beast and shadow spells. It doesnt count towards your cap though it seems. So you can either wait until she goes across the ocean, or you can start the campaign without the mod, then load it in (it will still spawn the hero, but at least you get a new one near the new start)

Your initial hag witch still starts in Nagaroth, and you can't even dismis her. Maybe because of the last update?
Also hope you eventually find a way to port the unique building! Doing awesome job!

@Serris, The problem with starting near Yvresse was that he'd be annihilated immediately, although it does sound like a fun Grom campaign. VCO does a good job of helping push their rivalry more.

This is really great!

Would you consider making a mod that swaps the starting positions of Grom the Paunch's Broken Axe faction (Barrows of Cuileux province) and the Skull Crag minor faction (Southern Yvresse province)?

It's where Grom's start was in Warhammer 2. I think it would help make Grom and Eltharion more of the direct rivals they were introduced as, and in Immortal Empires, the southeast area of Ulthuan is pretty safe and stale. If Grom were there then it could really shake things up and make Ulthuan more interesting to start on.

@Gleen Cross, yeah you need to use the mixer in order to add a landmark to a place that doesn't already have one. I have something on the backburner, a compilation mod with mixer support that adds landmarks to all of my start positions.

I tried to move the landmark, but it's kinda complicated... using the "Landmarks of Legend" as the entry point (the author already created a landmark in the Tribeslaughter settlement, he calls it "wetlands" on the table), copying and pasting stuff on the building_chains_tables didn't worked, I tried to change the slot_templates_tables as well... looked at the scripts and found nothing. It's weird, the Ostankya Hut already exists, in theory the building chain of "Landmarks of Legend" was supposed to be already enough, just add vanilla keys to it, but it didn't worked

I have figgured out what caused the issue. I also used the living world expanded mond. that is a custom start position mod for IIE. there ostankya is placed in cathay. that mod overrode this mod placing ostankya in cathay but this mod still gave her the settelment in north east kislev.

hey porkenstein, great mods! I am subscribed to all of them and use them together with immortal empire expanded in which they all work. i did found 1 bug with the ostankya mod specifically. when you start a campain her starting settelement is in the correct location but ostankya herself and a randon dark elf army spawn in south/east cathay. is it possible to fix this?

@Helena14 sadly landmarks are tied to the startpos, so I'd need to make this depend on Mixer. I'm going to release a compilation mod at some point with Mixer support and a landmark for each faction.

It's actually the "wegh" overhaul mod in which you commented recently regarding the ammunition campaign feature. Their whole chaos invasion (and maybe some other scripts I didn't test throughoutly) breaks and doesn't fire with this mod activated alongside it. Hope it's an easy fix.

@Serj Targarien, what other mods do you have enabled? I'm guessing that some mod you have is loading the intro cutscenes prematurely. In the meantime I'll fix it for compatibility.

Hi, Porkestein, the Ostankya script has an error in it, using cm:log_to_dis outside of a function or listener. cm doesn't exist yet so it will crash, and take down any other scripts at the same time.

It breaks other script mods that activate after this one, even if moving Ostankya works in theory. Can you take a look at it, please?

This, and your Malakai mods are lowkey conflict with each other. Not in a sense of causing crashes or anything like that, but now the two faction who really aren't meant to go at war with each other share the same starting provice, which is rather awkward.
