SoC DLC has recently been split into individual Lords same as the last couple DLCs. Am I correct in assuming this Specifically Uses "Stinky Mom" for its functionality?

Superb idea, I loved this part of Ostankya´s campaign. Well, for the early and midgame at least (lategame it does get a bit bloaty). Fun with some extra motivation to seek out specific alliances / enemies to fight. Will try this one if it works with newest game version for sure!

might want to increase cost of creating a rune, since dwarfs have more oathgold in number now. (5 per rune. 1 building lvl1 gives 10 gold per turn)

Mod still technically works, unlocking ingredients and forgin runes all goes fine. You jsut can't unlock the other 2 slots since the prerequisite techs no longer exists due to tech tree changes.

Does this mod still work? ToD changed several things about the dwarf faction, so not sure if it would interfere with the code in this one or not.

Make new effect in these tables, and assign new one in one of the below table depending on what effects you want to replace

If it's tied to the rune:
crafting_recipe_unit_effects_tables

If it's tied to the recipe:
crafting_material_unit_effect_junctions_tables

I think changing your local file's effect list or making a submod yourself is a solution.

The burst healing would ofc have situations when it's extremely useful but unlike Kislev, dwarves have no monstrous units

Could you change the healing one to be a more dwarven buff? Or would this cause changes to Ostankyas mechanics aswell.
The reason i'm suggesting this is due to the fact that dwarves have very few units (except heroes and lords) that would benefit from burst healing

In the script, there are local variables and global variables. Change the name of those global ones.

If you say this mod is the problem then modding is a problem
Yin-Yin the Sea Dragon for example is a really big mod that add old mechanic but just do it better
If CA allow us to do modding we should explore its capabilities (but yes if they come out and say they don't want us to use DLC content in our mods then I will agree with you)

Wow that is very confusing but I did find a mod called "Confederation you can get" but the last time he updated it was in June so I doubt it
Maybe I should just wait somebody will absolutely come up with it :>

The DLC is too expensive and the world economy is in very bad shape I couldn't justify ANY DLC in the future if this trend continue and maybe I will drop the game altogether and migrate to something like Star Wars: Empire At War
