there are a lot of western themed cosmetics for this character, and yet this one stands out enough. I do think there's probably some team recognition issues with the colors, need a bit more of the primary color in it's design.

I love this valve needs to add more wild west like cosmetics for engineer. and also is that coat what Radagan Conagher wore?
