I really appreciate the work you put into your mods, but you really need to not do that.
It completely wrecks all grids with those blocks, since they just disappear and you can't replace them via the projector because the blueprints get screwed too.
They have to all be manually replaced.
If you give a block a SubtypeId, you should stick with it and never change it even if your OCD compels you to.

Ah, yes, SubtypeIds had to change in my small grid update to accommodate both small grid and large grid in an organised format. They won't change from here on out however!

Did a recent update change the id's on some blocks?
A bunch of XL 1x5x5 armor slabs and panels are gone now.

P.S. I was thinking that it gonna be harder to make those custom blocks. Using the automated export for LG/SG grid sizes makes it almost perfect. Still few manual edits to make groups and etc, but that can be made with generic script for replacing stuff.
P.S.S. Thank you once more for final push into making my own blocks^^

@_jo.nat_ - I am thinking about it already. I've searched like 5+ hours on workshop and didn't found anything that can help build modular blocks/shapes for small grids. Most mods are adding stuff to large grids only. The only `building` block that is not 1x1 in small grid is truss pillar, but it can't be really used to building something solid. Thanks anyway <3

You can always try it yourself Devilers. Blender is free and Enenra's SEUT Blender plugin makes it relatively easy to do if you've got time and patience. Creating small grid variants of my XL mods is something I have in mind, but it's literally double the work.

Possibly, but please feel free to make your own changes. To make a heavy armour or concrete version you only need to change the .sbc file to have different components. I'm currently taking a rest from modding as I spent a great deal of 2023 modding not only SE, but Factorio and Gladius also haha!

Thanks for the feedback.

The stats are mostly arbitrary based off what these blocks are, upscaled versions of Keen's light armour panels. The time to grind however is based off my friends' mod here:

While I may fiddle around with the stats in future, in the meantime please feel free to use ModAdjuster to change them to your liking.

As for the inverted variants, I think Keen's intention with the inverted armour blocks was to help with mirroring these particular shapes; I simply copied the same method. I tried to make the textures themselves stay consistent however based off normal light armour blocks.

XL 1x5x5 Light Armor Slab
Components: 625 steel plates (25x Light Armor Block)
Integrity: 93.75k (25x Light Armor Block)
To Weld: 20sec (with Elite welder)
To Grind: 10min 25sec (with an Elite grinder)

Component and integrity wise it's balanced but you better make sure you place it where you REALLY want it. I guess it makes for some great anti-grinder base defenses. Is there a faster way to get rid of them?

I don't understand what the purpose of the inverted variants are? They're identical to the non-inverted (including texture placement except the edges).

Do you think it would be possible to reduce the time needed to grind the blocks ? It's really long to grind a 5x5x1 block when you placed one at the wrong place

This seems like it could be a great utility to make building larger vehicles less tedious in survival mode if made into a general armor pack for square and rectangular(eg. 1x1x5) blocks and made available to both large and small grids. Due to the potential this mod has I look forward to seeing how it may develop in the future.
