@Nathan I tried to make it target the lowest item only (with the little knowledge I have) and I haven't succeeded sorry.

It might be possible only using a patch (like this one) or not. It's maybe only possible by editing Vanilla Psycasts Expanded code.

Will try looking into it a bit more, but i'm not sure I will be able to do it.

If someone knows how to do it, feel free to take this mod, edit it and post your own version
