@SHiFT_DeL3TE Incorrect priority order. All submodes of UI Overhaul Dynamic should be arranged below it.

59. Ui overhaul Dynamic
60. Ui Overhaul Dynamic - Extended topbar
61 UI Overhaul Dynamic + Complete Colors

Remove all mods related to 'Expanded Colours' and arrange them like this.

Doesn't work. I have
59. Ui Overhaul Dynamic - Extended topbar
60. Ui overhaul dynamic
61. Ui Overhaul dynamic expanded colours
62. Expanded Colours [180 colours]
63. Expand Colours 3.9 fix
Idk what your message really mean't but I moved all the ui stuff down to the bottom of my mod list, I think thats what it mean't. I just think the UI overhaul stuff doesn't really work.

@SHiFT_DeL3TE Try to disable the other colour-related mods (including Expand Colours and this one) and use the ones from the link in the comments below, then change the order as follows:

~Other Mods (add content, music, etc...)~
UI Overhaul Dynamic
UI Overhaul Dynamic + Complete Colors

I think "Ui Overhaul dynamic" needs an update or something.

Idk whats up with my stellaris but I tried like 7 different color mods and only one of them have worked. I enabled this with the load order in the description but it still only shows the Default vanilla colors

@xDanilor Yes. However, I recommend using this mod instead of Expanded Colours.
