mat_specular will make surfaces shiny. If the map doesn't have cubemaps built in, you'll see missing textures. Setting mat_specular to 0 will disable shiny surfaces and won't show the missions textures.

I tried to Generate the Navmesh, But no Navmesh is generated, Will there be a addon for it soon?

fixing specular would require just keeping the map name the same, or installing a mod that removes the awful default cubemap

Well, I am fairly glad to hear that most of the item creators of the cosmetics/weapon models are fine with me porting or hexing their stuff, as long as i credit them. but you are welcome.

The addons i mainly upload are for Artwork/Video purposes anyways.

This is among the list of my favorite L4D2 Custom Campaigns. Glad that someone was willingto make a Gmod port of its maps.
