Its in the keybind menu. The same menu that you would usually use to set keybinds.
Nothing special.

Wellp. Good news and bad news.

Good news: I figured out how to run hidden commands.
Bad news: "achievement.status" does nothing when ran

That's not strange at all though. Some commands are launch options, some are not. That's just how it is.

This is about all console commands for left 4 dead 2, including launcher class commands. Those "cl" and "launcher" cannot be executed in the "startup options" of the properties, and can only execute commands of the "sv" and "launcher" classes, which is strange

cl, launcher and cmd are not commands. That's just the type of command.
Client only, launch setting, and command (just executable code).

If i remember correctly, the achievement commands are "hidden".
And thus far i have not found a way to execute hidden ConCommands.
All i know is how to execute hidden ConVars.

depends on the vocalizer mods. I know that Haus' Vocalizer mod modifies the same file. So you'd need to manually merge the two

you don't type anything into chat at all.
You literally just go the the keybind menu and bind your keys, just like you'd bind jump and walk

Did you enable cheats using sv_cheats 1?
most of these commands are cheats and will not work unless you enable them.

solo con este Mod puedo de Verdad spawner Speciales armas y Cosas de salud

porque por alguna razon me salia siempre error al Bindear alguna tecla mediante la Consola para estas cosas

a lot of them are cheats. So yes, you need to enable cheats to use cheat commands.
