@ChimiChamo - sadly, I did all of these in one go - deleting the previous survivor when I added in the next. They're all created in one session because I was making sure the camera + lighting remained consistent.

Do you ever plan on releasing the sfm session files for these? I think it’d be really helpful for people making smaller edits to the survivor models.

@Roiditron77 - and for the L4D2 survivors, if you were to look at the HD portraits closely (I think Cuba has it), you’d notice how they pretty much used the original image and painted on them. Full resolution it looks tacky, I agree, but with the right size and quality/compression, it effect sells well.

I have no idea how many people know this or not (but I'm assuming a lot based off comments on other UI mods), but the reason why the survivors look the way they do in all vanilla UI, is because they're actually heavily edited and stylised photos of the survivor's face models dressed as the characters
