Does this add in new sky box images when seeing from the solar systems perspective? seeing the galaxy from different distance from the galactic core as well as seeing the "whole" galaxy from the L-Cluster???

I apologize this sounds like a stupid and obvious question from me... when i was looking at the current 3.9 reference it looked like you do have different sky boxes but I was wondering if you can confirmation this if possible @T145

I'm guessing this puts in actual star systems in the game???

Other then that what else does this mod add if any?
