Uninstall mod, then after that remove key MANUALLY, and then install again

Hm, still the pbo does not load on the server... key is stored, files on server match the files client side (reloaded and verified)... Sad.

Your workshop does not have a published id any longer (meta.cpp, publishedid = 0; which refuses the server to load the workshop.
Can you please check on that?
