I like the idea, if you're going to go with something like this though that changes the colors up I'd really recommend pairing the shirt and pants with more kinds of shirts and pants for heavy so that people know that you didn't just pick out the four heavy cosmetics that pair well with the individual pants or jacket in this set.
I'd also get rid of the white fluff, I really can't upvote this when there's an obvious clipping issue with the cosmetic and the heavy's default model.
Lastly I'd just brighten up the blu undershirt a tad bit, because right now it looks really dark compared to the rest of the jacket. Not a bad cosmetic overall but it really could use a bit of touching up, really like how you just barely changed heavy's hair so that he subtly looks more badass.

The colors look fine to me. If you can't tell who this is then get glasses and stop meatriding youtubers. Valve chooses cosmetics at random at the end of the day. Anyway, my only critique on the jacket is the bullets clip into the hooded fur but I understand if there is no way around it. Funny reference and fits Heavy as a character.

The colors are too dark for the characters for me to give this a thumbs up. If they were fixed I'd be on board.

In this damned place you can't NOT to expect some crazy things. But saying about set itself: I love it. Looks brutal and unique, paintable zone is reasonable size, have a nice potential in loadouts.
